Senior Gents Open 4-Ball Better Ball Rules

This is a 4-ball better ball competition played from the white tees at Strathaven Golf Club, all players must be aged 60 or over on the day of the competition and in possession of a valid CDH number that is linked to the World Handicap System (WHS).
A team better ball score for each hole will count towards the team NET score, a standard 85% of the players Course Handicap (C.H.) on the day will determine the players handicap for the competition.
Any player with a Handicap Index (H.I.) greater than 23.5 will have their playing handicap(P.H.) on the day rounded down to a maximum of 26.
Any Team withdrawing from the competition within 28 days of the competition will not receive a refund of entry fee.
Substitutions up to 24 hours prior to the competition will be allowed.
Any player/team not complying with the rules will disqualify the Pair from the competition.
